Are there more people on this board who know the history of the name "Morpheus"...
Or are there more people on this board who are willing to give their private addy to a stranger by e-mailing him to his anonymous Hotmail account at his request?

Have you forgotten that I couldn't take Classical Mythology here because I tested out of it? And that I took Latin in high school? And that I'm a voracious reader (kicked out of the library because it was closing time too many times)?

Hypnos and SPAM traps
I must admit I consider such posts as SPAM traps only made to lure people to give away their e-mail address. I mean if some one took the time to post on this board what makes it so difficult to return and look for answers?
About Morpheus, then I have never heard about him before. Yet, if his father Somnus is the the latin version of the greek god Hypnos then Morpheus's mother must be Pasithea. Hypnos was one of the peaceful servants of Hades.
