It's nice, but I prefer Josefina.

I like Josephina well enough, but spelling it as Josefina really elevates it for me. It’s visually much more appealing and has a certain flowing elegance. I love Josephine (but partner says no, alas).

I quite like Josephine, but putting an -a on the end wrecks the rhythm and makes a longish name inconveniently long.

It's ok, I much prefer Josephine
