I think it's pretty tired as a first name, but as a middle name it would be refreshing. It has a very brisk, sporty energy.
I only like the nickname Jill, IMO Jillian sounds masculine.
A much nicer spelling than Gillian, which I want to pronounce GIL-ee-ən. Jill is so unremarkable.
It’s alright. I’m mostly just surprised how underused it is.
I like Gillian.
Jillian looks sort of wrong in a comic way to me, like Khloe does.
But I know most people prefer it.
I like nn Jill. I feel like it seems smart, fierce, and fun, not pretty or soft - an unconventional femininity. Which is kind of uncommon and cool. But it's not mannish in the least - all the other names I can think of that are like that, are unisex (like Kim or Val).

I used to hate it...
...but I saw the combo Iris Jillian (or Jillian Iris) in a poll comprised of birth announcements, and I loved how sprightly and giggly it was. I still don't love the name, but I'm certainly fonder of it than I used to be.
I don't care for Gillian.

Don't really like it
It's very pretty, and Jill is a bright, friendly nn. Jilian makes a good mn too.
