It's a nice name, albeit I like Ilana more because it sounds more melodious. I think Ilona should be used more in the English-speaking world, along Ilana, Eline and Elina.

It hasn't even broken the charts since the 1950s here! I'm honestly kind of surprised as it seems like the sort of name Americans would like imo It's not too far off from the sound and feel of the likes of Olivia, Sophia, Camila, Elena, Luna, Eliana, Aurora, Cora, etc
