[Opinions] Indigo
Indigo has been a long-time GP for a boy. What do you think?

Don't like it
I like it for a girl. I don't think I would ever use it, though.
I first heard it on a boy, and it's been one of my favourites ever since. I know it's growing in popularity for girls, but I honestly think it's usable and not so popular that it couldn't work. Especially with the whole 'boys names on girls' trend, I think there's an argument for it in there. Indigo comes across as sweet and caring, but also down to earth, which is great imo.
I'm sorry but I very strongly dislike it. It comes across as one of those wannabe-cool celebrity baby names that every celeb thinks are super unique but was in reality used by 20 celebs before them. Same with Bear, Blu, Bowie.
It also makes me think of "indigo children" (silly parents who think their kids are more special then others and claim they are "indigo children" who were born with special gifts. Look it up, it's a really crazy community). And obviously everyone loves their kids the most but they think their kids are enlightened in some odd way and it's weird.
