[Opinions] Re: Sansa

I don't know and I have only read the first couple of books and didn't watch the series much but I always liked Sansa better than Arya. I never really got the impression that she was unpopular. But I could be wrong.

She got more popular with time I think, she’s personally my favorite female character and the one I identified with the most, since my survival strategy is endurance rather than rebellion.
There’s a frustrating tendency for some people to hate female characters who aren’t “badass”.
Anyway the name itself is possibly more out there than Arya? As a name, Sansa reminds me too much of Gregor Samsa from Kafka’ s Metamorphosis.

Sansa is portrayed as more of a victim than Arya in the show, and it's basically said in the end that she'd be weak if she'd never been victimized. I was more interested in Arya's character in the books (wouldn't agree she's one-dimensional), but I hate how both of them were portrayed in 2nd half of the show.
Ahh okay, I didn't watch the show (I think I saw a few episode of the first season and that was that). I liked her in the books (I liked Arya too but not as much).
