The title and your post contain different spellings of the name. I vastly prefer the single-L spelling, as I think Lilliana looks cluttered / clumsy. The second-L is necessary in Lillian, but not Liliana, imo.
As for Liliana, it's a seemingly elaborate name that's actually easy to live with. I've met at least two women with this name, both Hispanic / Latina. (And also, both in healthcare.) I've always thought it was a very pretty name.
