I'm not crazy about this name, but I like the Biblical connection and how femininely strong it is, plus definitely more interesting than Susan. The only nickname I like is Susie. Susannah Lucy is definitely a great combo, Tamar fits well in here too with the Biblical connection, although I don't care for the name as such.
A few ideas: Susannah Lucy Helen, Susannah Lucy Rose, Susannah Lucy Esther.
