I've seen this movie, on YouTube! It's a great silent film from Russia. Aelita, Queen of Mars. The sets are all Russian constructivism, it's fantastic. So much eyeliner, so many sharp angles!
I like the name a lot and I think the poetic meaning is very melodramatic and pretty, perfect for a silent film.
