Both names are unwholesome. I can't imagine using either, and can't therefore imagine combos either; but I hope nobody would use Anne, Elizabeth, Mary or Victoria as mns.
That said, DH had a student once whose given names are Queen Elizabeth. He says he felt really silly every time he had to call out her name.

Unwholesome? Sorry, I just don't know what that means in this context.
Maybe 'pretentious and fake'? Or, 'pretentious and fake and sick-making'.
