I quite like Tobin, actually more than Tobias as I think it could better avoid the Toby nickname.

Wiley, however, get's a "no" from me. Wile E. Coyote is my main association, and aside from the cartoon character it sounds rather babyish to my ears. I find both Wyatt and Riley superior (though I'm not big on Riley, either).

I can't say I like either of them. Wiley is whiny and infantile to me, and Tobin's sounds kind of repel me, I'm afraid.

Tobin is OK, more approachable than Tobias, and shortens comfortably to Toby.

Wiley, if the e is dropped, becomes wily, an unattractive characteristic. I don't enjoy dictionary words as given names, usually, and this is one of the worst.

I'm kind of liking Wiley lately myself. I'm not wild about a lot of -ley names. But those are usually the ones the girls are using and generally making them overly popular. Boys don't do that as much with those names. I'm not sure about Tobin. It's a maybe for me at this point.

I am not a fan of names that end with -ey and feel them a bit informal. Tobin sounds cute and strong, reminds me of "rabbit" for no reason.
