My best friend's name is Emily -- I love it. It is very popular, but if you really like it, you should use it.
I really dislike the spelling Emilie; I'm not sure why, it just bugs me.
Emily Rosamund -- cute
Emily Constance -- not my style
Emily Sparrow -- this is probably my favorite; pairing an interesting, uncommon name with a popular one makes sense to me
Emily Josephine -- adorable
Emily Genevieve -- adorable

Hehe.. My best friend is also an Emily! I don't really need to worry about actually using it, considering I'm twelve and won't be helping to name any more siblings, but you were definetly helpful! I think Emily Sparrow is my favorite also. Do you have any combo suggestions, perhaps? You seem to have nice taste :)
