[Opinions] Elektra/Elettra For a Russian Woman?
Replies
Elektra is like lightning zhah ZOOM and hes off elletra is sink back int o the mud. Morning. Phip.
I definitely think Elektra is suitable for a Russian character. So many Russian names derive from Ancient Greek names!
That's relieving! Thank you so much, i'll definitely keep it in mind :)
yes
In Russian, there's Электра (transliterated as Elektra) but is very, very rare. The name itself sounds no Russian at all.
However, you can consider using it as a pseudonym; if you don't mind that it's not a Russian-sounding name, you can still use it. Elettra is too far-fetched, though.

Thanks! Here's a little hope ahaha. A pseudonym would really make sense since she's into greek mythology, although i don't quite see her changing her own name
Thanks for the suggestions! The russian names that i feel like fit her are Svetlana (which has a a meaning similar o the one of Elektra) but it don't think it's really i'm looking for, and Anastasiya (Nastya for nickname) i kind of like it, but i still can't quite associate the character with the name. Maybe it's because it's missing an e haha
