Thanks! :)
No thanks. It sounds like a sneeze.
Either I'm mispronouncing it, or it sounds like my cat choking on a hairball.
Looking at it at first, I didn't think I would like it, but I don't know, I guess it's grown on me since I originally read the post. I like a lot of the combos, but three of my favorites are: Achsah Eloise, Achsah Genevieve, and Achsah Lavinia.
Hmm I’m not really a fan I don’t think. Is it pronounced like Ach-sa or Ak-sa? Either way I don’t like the sound.
Also, would you mind telling me how Frideswide is pronounced? Is it just like it appears? It just caught my eye. :)
Edit: I found Frideswide’s pronunciation on the interwebs. Very interesting name.

I'm not a fan, but some of the middle names are nice.
Thanks :)
Achsah Antigone is absolutely gorgeous.
Thank you! :)
onomatopoeic of what, exactly?
A sneeze, maybe?
Onomatopoeia is when a word's sound is indicative of the word's meaning. Splash, bump, crash.

I know what onomatopoeia is LOL

TBH I had assumed you had misused the word as well, because you didn't include an explanation. It's not an unreasonable conclusion.
I agree it's not unreasonable...
...but I guess I'm very curious and would instinctively search for information on BtN if a poster stated something about a name that I didn't immediately understand.

kindly don't use that tone ...
It wouldn't have killed you to include a few words of explanation in your original post. Most of us don't routinely click on names you or anybody else post about, and fewer still do on-the-spot off-site research.

"Most of us", that's a strange thing to say. Since we are all name nerds I'd also assume those replying would take the couple seconds it takes to look up a name before commenting on it.
How delicious that *you* of all posters are policing my tone......(
There is a difference between requesting and policing
She didn't seem to be policing. For anyone else who was curious, the name could be an onomatopoeia of a clinking bracelet or bangle.

I believe Wordsmith was simply hooked on their tone due to the very strong, impolite wording they tend to use. Nothing against them, of course.
who is them?
I'm her, if you were referring to me. And there's only one of me.
Wordsmith is a him, if that's who you mean.

I assume so, that's why I told. It was unclear who was being referred to as them.
Yes, I simply didn't know what gender you are, so I stuck gender-neutral to stay safe.
The name is from a Hebrew word for a piece of jewelry, created based on the sound of the clinking of the metal together.
In other words i's like Clacker or Bling-Bling.
I'm not feeling it.
