A finely-carved statue of Cailean (depicted as a male figure with long flowing hair) and votive offerings were found in a former sacred spring outside Caiteau, near the headwaters of the River Rhone.The "Caiteau Cailean" is one of the outstanding pre-Roman Celtic finds of this century.
