I like Cleo a lot, it has an interesting, playful sound and feels slightly feline. I prefer Cleo to Clio.

Of those combos, my favorite is Cleo Victoria.

I very much admire the name Cleo. It wasn't that long ago when I used to not think much of it but now I view it as a short and sweet, beautiful name. Even a bit whimsical. (:
I really dislike the spelling of Clio. It just doesn't look natural and makes me think of a cheap brand of feminine products (electric razors and such) and something else I'm not even going to mention.
I think Cleo Renee from your list sounds nice.

Love, love, love Cleo! It’s been a fave of mine since I was a kid and definitely on my list for a future DD. Much prefer Cleo to Clio. Cleo Jasmine is lovely, such a pretty combo.

I love Cleo (this spelling) and would consider using it if I didn't already have so many -o names on my list. I find it spunky and under-used.

Go ahead, use it! Personally, though, Cleo isn’t a favorite because it reminds me too much of Cleopatra. I don’t like Clio either, as it looks strange to me, but I happen to love Kleio.

Cleo's a great name. I really like a lot of your combos. My favorites are Cleo Renée, Cleo Jasmine, and Cleo Antonia. Clio is a great name as well, but I feel like it will often be misspelled Cleo (not to mention Chloe), so I'd just go for Cleo, particularly because it's closer to your ancestor's name. Not quite on your list in this form, but I really like the combo Cleo Gwen.

I was at uni with a Cleone, pronounced kleeOHnee; I prefer that to Cleopatra and to Cleo, which always looks nicknamey.

I would stay with the -e- spelling. If you go for Clio, people will assume that you wanted it to sound like CLIEo instead of CLEEo.

I think Cleo’s great for a family name. Personally I much prefer Clio, because I love history, and it’s my way of honouring that. I like Cleo Victoria, Cleo Victoria, and Cleo Aurora from your lists.

I find Cleo a gorgeous name, and not an overused one, either. I detest the spelling Clio, though. Cleo Geneva and Cleo Aurelia are nice.

I prefer Clio by miles. No contest! Clio is the muse of history!
