[Opinions] Dawson vs. Desmond
Which one would you choose, and why?
**Starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam/Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine, and a side order of ham**

OOF. they are so unappealing.
It couldn't be harder if you asked me to choose between Myrtle and Monroe for a girl.
I'm going to go with Dawson, because I can picture myself getting used to saying it aloud to address a guy. Even though I would not like it.
Desmond would never stop being annoying to say aloud, though. It sounds so snivelly to me.

Dawson. It's not a favorite by any means, but I find Desmond somewhat silly, maybe because of "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da". Desmond had a barrow in the marketplace and stayed at home and did his pretty face. (In the last verse, it's Desmond who does that, not Molly.)

Desmond. I happen to like a lot of Irish names, and it's a bonus when they work well in the US too.
Dawson is way to associated with Dawson's Creek. Wonderful show, whiny character.

Desmond
Simply because I prefer the look and sound of it, and it's less dorky.

Its sounds more fresh to me. :)
I like Dawson better, but can't explaine why.
