Roll for how many kids they have. Choose between a D4 and a D10 for your roll, does not matter which. Name your parents based on their country of origin and your kids can have names from the countries of origin (at least one per kid). You can choose a country of origin for both parents. Roll for gender of your children. Ages are your choice but should be accurate, for example your sixth your old couple should not have a 50 year old child. The longer thing you want, the older your parents should be.

Name then based on the country of origin of their parents and their parents parents. Ages should make sense, again. You can give them kids by adoption and have same sex couples and leave some children childless or not marry them.
