Russell. I don't mind Bradley though.

Seems like an odd contrast between what I think of as a short "pet" form and a full name.

Russel. I actually sort of like it. It’s nice, almost handsome. It was my great grandpas name, and he went by Russ.

As for "why?" what can I say but "Oh, Brad!" "Oh, dammit!" I've beeen trying to focus on Don Bradman instead, but I'm not that keen on Australian cricketers tbh.

I think Russell sounds nicer, and less like a cliched dumb hunk with three brain cells.
