Open https://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/index.html in another tab and go for the 2018 Top 1000. Open https://www.random.org in another tab and set the range to 1-1000. Randomly generate a number for the first name. For example, if I generate a 427 for the original father's first name, I find the name that ranked 427 for boys, and his first name is Damon. Then generate a number for the middle name. If I generate a 359 for the original DH's middle name, the combo is Damon Marco.
"But what about surnames?" you ask. You can either come up with them on your own, or use the same process on https://surnames.behindthename.com/top/lists/united-states/2010.
