I obviously know that it is an established name infact it is an old-favourite of mine because of its refined sound.
If I think about a name that I really like I pay attention to the meaning.
My favourite names are infact simple-meaning names often related with nature and sky like Stella, Rosa, Luna, Alba, Celeste, Flora ...
Lydia / Lidia are far better than a lot of names for sure.. but they are not special.
I've just realized that my answer was actually quite ambiguous... maybe I had to clarify that I meant my personal usage of it as given name.

1
