It should be spelled Aino (which is pronounced exactly the same as Eino in German) to match the Finnish spelling. Because it looks and sounds masculine to German native speakers, registrars in Germany may ask the parents to add a clearly feminine second name.
Aino is also the name of the female protagonist in Sándor Márai's novel 'Sirály' (German "Die Möwe", I am not aware of an English translation).
