[Opinions] Morwenna?
WDYT of Morwenna? I think its a beautiful name and would love to use it, but I'm worried its a bit too like Morgana - and so sounds a little too fantasy-ish. Let me know your thoughts!

It sounds like the name of a female villain in a fantasy novel.

I like Morwenna and don’t see why it wouldn’t be usable. I do get castle and forest/ rolling hills imagery from it, but it’s warm and sunny. By contrast, Morgana feels much darker to me, less friendly.ETA: playing a bit...Morwenna Bridget
Morwenna Catrin
Morwenna Clare
Morwenna Ffion
Morwenna Gail
Morwenna Hildy - not sure where this is coming from but shout out to Bear :)
Morwenna Jill
Morwenna Lilac
Morwenna Lisle
Morwenna Liv
Morwenna Lucy
Morwenna Mary
Morwenna Patience
Morwenna Sibyl

I love it! But I like it because it's fantasy-ish, so if you don't want fantasy vibes maybe go with something else like Mairwen, Meinwen, Morwen, Marenna, Morenna, Lowenna, Rowenna, etc.

My first thought is of a witch. I don't know why, sorry.

I think it's beautiful, but it does have a fantasy vibe to it. Still, it's dark and elegant.

I really like Morwenna (plus many other -Enna names), and I think it’s definitely usable. I think she’s got a lot of gorgeous imagery and feels more nature-ish than fantasy (but I do love fantasy sounding names and Morgana!).

I like it very much. Strong, yet feminine. It sounds a lot better than Bronwen or Branwen.

I like it very much: a friend of mine would have used it for a daughter but had three sons instead. And someone else I knew in England drove a Morgan and named it Morwenna. Morwenna the Morgan has a certain style!
