Help[Opinions] Frederick vs. Alfred
What is your preference? Do you like/dislike both equally? What names would you pair with each (whether in the first or middle name position)?
Personally I like Frederick a lot at the moment. Zachariah Frederick and Ezekiel Frederick have particularly delightful appeal to me (though I'd be more likely to use Ezekiel, which I adore).
I like Alfred somewhat (Alfred Samuel), but prefer Wilfred to Alfred.
One of my favorite male names, Cecil, goes well with Alfred, Frederick, and Wilfred. Which do you think complements Cecil the most?
