My favorite is Anastasia and my least favorite is probably Nike, because the athletic brand is so big now that it would seem as if you were naming a child after a company, rather than the goddess of victory.
The ones I think are 100% usable outside of Greece are:
Melina
Anastasia
Chloe
The ones that are usable with some inevitable pronunciation issues are:
Eleni
Charis
and maybe Evanthia
I know a Charis who is constantly having to correct people on the pronunciation of her name (everyone wants to pronounce the Ch :/), otherwise I would say it's 100% usable. I think the same sort of issue would come up with Eleni re: the middle syllable.
