[Opinions] Re: Kazakh and Mongolian names
in reply to a message by molly
I recently started looking into some Kazakh names. Thanks for sharing these.Lazina (f) -neutral
Isa (m) -love love
Rinat (m) -meh
Kölyza (f) - I think it looks far cooler than it sounds.
Balrambek (m) -This sounds like a surname, but I kind of like it.Jandana (f) -cute. I definitely like this better than Jordana.
Aizereh (f) -very niceDela (m) -seems like it should be a nn for something
Tokash (m) -This name is pretty adorable.Aigerim (f) -Not sure how to pronounce this. Help?Akböbeh (f) -I'm a fan. This is a little harsh, but similar to that cool Viking way that female names don't have to be soft to be acceptable. It makes no apologies for it and I like that.
Birbek (m) -nms
Aitana (f) -like it a little, but not a lot
Shinggisgul (m) pronunciation? MongolianGemira (f) -cute
Erhanbulgan (m) - nms
Erhanbayir (m) -likeI kind of guessed on the pronunciations of those last three especially. Will you help me out? I don't know how Mongolians pronounce G or E. Mongolian is 100% foreign to me.
