Zara has been my go-to girl name starting with the letter 'Z'
To me the name sounds exotically beautiful in an 'uncomplicated' fashion. (Pronunciation and spelling are pretty straightforward. Of course 'Zarah' is another spelling one might use. I personally wouldn't).
A few combination ideas:

Zara Isabelle
Zara Josephine
Zara Linette
