Silas is starting to grow on me for future use. I love that its classic, short, and uncommon but still familiar.
In the U.S., would be pronounced SIGH-las but I know that many of my family members (whose second language is English) are likely to pronounce it SEE-las (the Latin way). I personally think both ways sound nice, and I don't mind using them interchangeably depending on the environment.
Opinions on the name? Of the different pronunciations? Which pronunciation sounds nicer/would you be more likely to use?
