Vyo-ree-ka? Vee-yo-ree-ka? I like it either way. Sounds a bit like Eureka! but that's not bad. I like the floral association too, it's pretty whimsical sounding. And I love the letter V.
(If you live in a country that is not in Eastern Europe...) People might mix it up with Victoria and people might need a little instruction on how to say it/spell it (and some people will just not get it no matter how many times you instruct them)... but such are the pains of a non-Western/moderately obscure name. I think it is worth it if you really like it.

The pronunciation I heard from online was something like Vyor-eeka. I live in the US so there would be instructing, especially if we pronounced it like that.
