It's fine, but I much prefer it said mah-ree-EL. Lilah Mariel is lovely, and Lilah and Mariel make a great pair of sisters.

So, obviously, I don't like it with Lilah. Lilah is gorgeous and deserves something better! (But that's my opinion and mine alone, take no offense) My fave combo of yours is Lilah Genevieve, which is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!

Mariel is a pretty name. I also really like Marielle. Lilah is also very pretty. Mariel sounds nice as either a sister name or a middle name for Lilah.

I love the name Mariel; I think it's a great alternative for a name like Mary. I first heard it in a Redwall book, and liked it for both the sound and the brave character.

But when I saw it, at first I thought it was Mar-ee-l
