I am really taken with Theia at the moment. I’ve never heard of anyone being named Theia in my life. I pronounce it THAY-uh (with unvocalized ‘th’ consonance). I also love astronomy names, and Theia has a very interesting history in relationship to Earth. The way it looks in the Greek alphabet is also irresistible! There are many ideal middle names for it, too.
