What are your thoughts on Raphaela?
It's really grown on me but I worry it would seem really out of place in our area in the UK and look weird with Patience

I really like it. I think I prefer Raphael on a boy more though.
It is quite a contrast to Patience, but in a quirky way, not a "what the heck were the parents thinking!" way (if that makes any sense). Raffie is a cute nn.
How does your DH feel about it? Are you absolutely in love with it? Maybe a middle name option?

Raphaela and Patience are good enough.
I don't think that they are wrong together.
So don't worry, use it.
I personally prefer the spelling Rafaela although I would never use it.
Raphaela / Rafaela are both quite boring imo.
I much prefer the masculine Rafael, Raphaël, Raffaele or Raffaello.
