I love Phoebe! It was on my Top 10 a while back, even. Others on BtN have commented on infantile qualities, and while I see how the "ee" sounds can seem childlike, I still think Phoebe looks (only this spelling!) and sounds elegant.
The combos I'd gone back and forth between were Phoebe Eloise and Phoebe Joanna.
