[Opinions] Surname question...
Is it a common surname where you're from? Something in me keeps saying "SURNAME!" when I think of it too, but I can't actually recall ever meeting someone with the last name Ellis.

I had a guidance counselor named Mr. Ellis, but he is the only person I've ever met with the ln Ellis.

In UK, Ellis is fairly common yes, not hugely like Smith or anything, but I have met a Kevin Ellis and then there was Ruth Ellis (the last woman to be hanged in the UK). But I still think the name is nice for a boy.
