Sylvie Aurelia Fay - This is just perfect. Gorgeous.
Juliette Rowenna - I'm more partial to the Juliet spelling (Juliette, if the bearer is not French-speaking, has always looked a but "much" to me), but the flow is lovely.
Estelle Maddalena - I don't think I've ever seen the Italian form of Magdalene on these boards, but this is gorgeous!
Eva Mélisande - Regardless of whether you're pronouncing the first name EE-vuh or AY-vuh, this is stunning.
Amalia Ophélie - I love Amalia, but I don't like how the ending -a runs into the beginning O of Ophélie (and I'm not a big Ophélie / Ophelia fan, anyway).
Elena Rosaline - It's very pretty, though a bit N-heavy, given that the Ns end both names, essentially.
Adela Marguerite - Utterly beautiful.
Alessia Catharina - These two compete with each other. Alessia Catherine would honestly have better flow, imo. Or Alice Catharina.
Evelina Iris - Like with the other name above, I don't really like how the ending -a of Evelina runs into the beginning I of Iris. But the names are lovely on their own.
Elysia Ondine - I like them separately (Ondine is a welcome surprise), but I don't think they go well together at all. Sorry.
Sebastian Marius Emil - I must be a little more staid in my masculine taste, because while I love Sebastian, I think the middle names here are trying way too hard. Maybe he would've lived in Victorian England, but nowhere else.
Edmund Orion - If this were spelled Edmond Orion, it would be perfection.
Owen Alaric - This feels very Arthurian, I love it!
Ronan Evander - Not normally a fan of Evander, but I like it with Ronan.
Mattias Raphael - I don't think this flows well at all, sorry.
Maximilian Arthur - Even though I really dislike Maximilian ("Max a million!"), I think it pairs well with Arthur.
Not crazy about any of the individual male names on the rest of your list, though. Sorry. But as for your "honorable mentions":
Freya Delphine - It sounds very pretty, but in print I don't like the way the F of Freya pairs with the Ph of Delphine. I think Freya Delfine would be better.
Calista Célestine - On their own, these names are lovely. But in all honesty I would consider them too "matchy" for twins, let alone in the same combo.
Rosalie Astrid - It's hard to make me like Astrid, but I almost do here. Almost.
Serafina Clare - Lovely name. I'd personally prefer Seraphina Claire, but your spellings work just fine.
Mirabelle Ismay - This is very interesting! I definitely prefer Mirabelle with Ismay, but I've never seen Ismay before. It's definitely medieval!
