I like Guadalupe and I don't mind the nickname Lupe. I think its underused, in my opinion. I don't think I am 100% comfortable using it because it almost feels like appropriation, not to mention its thoroughly Hispanic and would probably look odd on a white girl with freckles.

I love Guadalupe. So many great nickname options...Lu, Lulu, Lupe, Lupita. I also love this for a boy, esp with the nn Lupillo.
