I can't decide which pronunciation I like best: Clem-en-teen or Clem-en-tyne. Which do you prefer? Middle name is Juliet.

The -tyne version is so totally linked to the song that it would be a kindness to use -teen. Trouble is, unless you tweak the spelling, nobody will know, care or take it seriously.
I know a mid-twenties Clementene whose parents wanted the -teen sound and made sure they got it. And it worked.

I prefer the "tyne" pronunciation. Clementine Juliet is lovely.

I would go with the French pronounciation.
It is the most familiar to me.
But if you are an English-speaker I think that the -tyne variant is better because of the song that made this name popular.

Definitely Clem-en-TYNE. I've never heard the other pronunciation where I'm from, so it sounds odd to me.

Well, if you're talking about a person, best to go with the Tyne pronunciation. That's most familiar to most people, and the song sounds way off if you say it any other way.
If you're talking about the little oranges you get around Christmastime, then it's teen.
