First, if any of your children is over 18, roll your twelve-sided die for new relationships.

Then, roll for new children. The oldest a woman can give birth is 45 years of age, so if the original wife is younger than 45, you can give your couple more children, too. For genders, odd = boy, and even = girl. Any stepchildren or adopted children are up to you, but all new children should be between newborn and 9 years old.
