All I think of is that it's the name of one of the children of the corn. No thank you!
I mean really, it sounds evil. Malachi is slightly better but still feels evil to me. Malachy feels like the nicest.
Eta: apparently the children of the corn name is Malachi but I stand by what I said. They all sound evil. :D culty, scary names.
