I think Indy as a name by itself is perfectly fine too, and is gender ambiguous rather than feminine.

I personally don't at all have the impression that Indiana would be a female name in particular, since the only time I've heard it actually used was for the film character - and he wasn't exactly femme. I think the film gave the name a dashing, butch image.

Middle names and sib names are hard to come up with without more criteria - unusual/usual, family names that need adapting, origins that mean something to you?

avoid -in sound and letters D and N
start with crisp voiced consonant - J, C, L, G, M, B, K, V
three syllable, stress on second: like Marcellus, Johannes, Lysander
one syllable, no initial vowel: like Jay, Bruce, Lee, Kyle

avoid noun names because with Indiana they're a phrase;
one syll, no init vowel - like Paul, Lee, John, Cade, Kirk
two syll, stress on first, softer init consonant is ok as well - H, S, T, Th, Sh, F, P, R, Y, W work: like Theo, Simon, Ryan, Tyler, Wyatt, Marek
3 syll, stress on first: like Theodore, Benjamin, Percival
