It is really 80s dated but it does have a nice sound. I just really dislike Steph and Stephi. The full name is pretty, but it feels tired. I wouldn't use it. Stefania seems fresher, at least in English speaking countries.
It needs a fresh, more unusual middle name.

Stephanie Eleanor
Stephanie Linnea or Linnaea
Stephanie Vivian
Stephanie Joanna
Stephanie Noelle
By all means I would avoid typical 80s combos such as Stephanie Anne, Stephanie Marie or Stephanie Lynn.
