If you just changed your first combo (Bianca Isabella) to anything that doesn't use the names NobodyofConsequence used in her post there'd be no problem. So please either repick that combo or pick two combos from the other namebank.
You could even replace Bianca Isabella with a boy's name from the other namebank if you wanted. The main thing is that it's kinda weird to have siblings share names.
