I don't think I'll ever have children (I'll be 38 this year, it's soon to late), but I don't think I would use any of the female names on my list. Perhaps Amaryllis, but it's a bit too flimsy, even though it is a real name.
Christine works fine here, but I have a friend called Christine, plus it would be a bit childish to name a child after a musical character. Also, I want to use my mother's name Katrin as a middle name and Christine Katrin is too rhymey.
