I say Lu-ah-nah because I have a Zia Luana and that is how we pronounce her name. I never thought it might be pronounced a different way. I also would never have thought it even a little bit red-neckish. At all. My Zia is from Umbria (northern Italy) but lives in Rome. She is very posh. I always thought it a very chic name, probably because of her. I would use it in a heartbeat.______________________________________________
