I think it's pretty. I know a girl who was just born who has this as a middle name: Olea Luana. Slurpy like seaweed spaghetti. Ewww. I pronounce it Lu-ah-na. Luanna would suit the other pronunciation, and is more country-ish.I had an Aunt Luanne... when I was a kid, I thought her name was so beautiful! Maybe it is. As I got older I got a bias against it, as countrified and frilly.
