Fionnoula - unusual spelling, but does happen, and at least it is an Irish name used in Ireland! Well done. (Why not Fionnuala though?)
Liam - yes, people in the US should totes 'steal' this, because they've never heard of it and it's so yooneek (#2 name) Also it is not 'the Irish form of William', yawn
Nessa - eh, it could technically be anglicised Irish but I've never met one who wasn't really a Vanessa
Catriona - Scottish

Quinn - "it's one of the most common names in Northern Ireland" Sure. As a last name.
Teagan - this is so American it's wearing stars and stripes right down to its underwear
Dillon, Ennis, Clooney - and so are these, as first names.
