[Opinions] Birth announcement (ETA)
And old friend from college, Erika (together we were sometimes called "the Ericas/Erikas"), and her husband Joshua "Josh" just had a baby boy:Kai Eliot _______.This is actually the second baby Kai that I've come across in a month. Personally, I don't see the allure, but I suppose it's a short, sweet, uncomplicated name that's easy to bear. I like Eliot, though.
Wdyt?
EDIT--In response to some of the replies, I, too, prefer the spelling Elliott. Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381

I like it, although I do prefer the spelling Elliot.
Elliot is the name of my male bunny who I love more than life itself, so it holds a very special place in my heart. :)

It seems almost minimalist. I like it. I generally prefer Elliott though.

I love Kai a lot! Short and sweet is true. My son's middle name it Kai, but we also considered it as a first name. I just really hate Eliot though, in all it's spellings. It sounds so whiny to me.

I think Kai is a great name, but I love a lot of Hawaiian names. Kai is rather trendy now though. I would much prefer Elliott to Eliot. Eliot looks so incomplete to me.

I'm the opposite of you. I love Kai, I always have, though I wouldn't actually use it. I hate Eliot!

It's not bad, nothing spectacular but a decent name. I don't know the last name but I would have spelled Eliot like Elliot at least... it just looks odd to me.
