Lua means Moon in portuguese, it's actually pretty trendy (at least among some people). If it were used as a nickname it would be for
Luana, another popular Brazilian name.
Rosecler: no idea! It was probably made up as a variation of Rose/Rosa/Clara etc... I like it too. It gives me some sort of medieval vibe (??). But I'm afraid it would be considered tacky. There was a novela character named Rosecler.
