I know of a few Rogers in their mid/late 20s and early 30s. Despite that, it does feel older, I think I'd expect it on a man in his... 50s, 60s?
tbh it feels weird to me that it's such an old name, like that there was a King Roger.
I don't really like it; it makes me think of orange 70s couches. For some reason. I wish I could explain that.
