[Opinions] Re: Leopold (m) and Leopoldine (f)
The only Leopolds I've ever heard of were royalty, so it comes across as pretentious to me. Also, it sounds like "Lee uphold" when I pronounce it, which seems awkward.I don't have any strong opinions about Leopoldine either way, although I'm generally fond of clunky and/or unusual -ine names.
